The low-carbon economy plan is a strategic document drawn up for 2014-2020 for the Skawiny commune in the field of activities for the development of a low-carbon economy. The plan is a type of guide systematizing activities whose implementation is aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and pollution from urban areas, as well as, equally important, increasing energy efficiency and increasing the share of renewable energy sources (RES)
