Within one year, the new internalregulations saw the procurement ofrecycled paper in Dusseldorf’s municipaladministration jump from just under 27%in 2014 to more than 81% in 2015 and85% in 2016. In industrial production,the use of recycled paper correspondeda savings of up to 60% in energy and70% in water
